• You may cancel anytime from your account settings

5. File Retention & Limits

• Free users may be subject to file size or duration limits
• Stored files may be removed after a set expiration time or inactivity
• Paid users may access extended storage and processing quotas

6. Intellectual Property

All ClipTools software, branding, UI, and original code remain the exclusive property of ClipTools. You may not:

• Copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service
• Create derivative tools using ClipTools without permission

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or illegal content
• Use automated scraping or bot activity without permission

8. Service Availability & Disclaimer

• That file storage will be permanent or uninterrupted
